The gîte is well equipped and dates back to the 18th century. It is peacefully immersed within tranquil Quercy countryside, just ½ km away from the charming little village of Carlucet.

The Gîte forms part of the main building, has its own private parking area. It enjoys a calm setting situated well away from the camping area. Rental dates are from the 1st of June until 15th September. But bookings outside of the dates are possible by private arrangement. No form of heating is included in the pricing. Sorry, but pets are not permitted within the gîte.
Garden Furniture, Loungers and a Barbecue are supplied.
The ground floor
The front door open ups into the entrance hall, which leads into the large lounge, kitchen & dining area, & downstairs cloak/utility room. The Lounge has a wood burner (wood is not supplied) and has views over the pool area. It is equipped with large flat screen television with UK Freesat satellite system, dvd player and stereo system. The Downstairs cloak/utility room has toilet washbasin & washing machine. The Kitchen/Dining area with glazed doors leading onto the patio and the large private south facing garden, The recently refurbished Kitchen is well equipped with electric Oven, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave and many other appliances to make your holiday more enjoyable. The dining area has a large table, 6 chairs and a dresser.

Spacious Landing leading to a large Bathroom with Bath, Shower, and dressing area.
2 spacious Bedrooms – each sleeping 2 Adults
Both bedrooms have Kingsize double beds.
The front bedroom overlooks the pool area and countryside, whilst the back bedroom overlooks the large private back garden.
Pillows, Duvets, Bedlinen and Towels are supplied for both bedrooms.
** Please bring your own Towels for use around the swimming pool.
