Begane grond

Op de begane grond bevinden zich: de hal met toilet, bijkeuken met wasmachine, een ruime huiskamer met satelliet tv, dvd-speler en video, een gezellige woonkeuken die via openslaande deuren toegang geeft tot de patio en de tuin. De keuken heeft een fornuis met oven, een magnetron, koelkast/vriezer, een vaatwasser, een waterkoker en een broodrooster.

Eerste verdieping

Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers beide met een ruim tweepersoonsbed. De ruime badkamer is voorzien van een bad met douche en toilet. De huurprijs van de gite is inclusief dekbedden, kussens, beddengoed en handdoeken. De gite is beschikbaar vanaf 12 mei tot 15 September maar in overleg zijn ook andere data mogelijk.

Rez-de-chaussée

Entrée, toilettes, piéce de service avec lave-linge. Grande cuisine avec coin repas donnant sur le jardin de derriére. Accès par des portes-fenêtres. La cuisine est équipée d’un four, micro-onde, d’un lave-vaisselle, d’un réfrigérateur-congélateur et de tout ce qui nécessaire. Sejour spacieux avec télévision, vidéo et DVD.

Etage

Grand couloir, vaste salle de bains avec dressing, baignoire, douche et toilettes. Deux grande chambres avec des lits double “king size”. Une chambre avec vue sur la campagne et l’autre avec vue sur le jardin. Le linge de maison est fourni à l’exception des serviettes de toilettes.

The Mobile Homes have a Lounge/Kitchen and Dining Area. The Kitchen is equipped with a Fridge, Hob, Microwave and Kettle. There is one Bedroom with a Double Bed, and one bedroom with two single bed. A Shower Room and a Separate WC.

Each Mobile has its own terrace area, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. On confirmation of booking a list of items supplied in the Mobile Home will be sent you. Bedlinen, Towels and Pillows are not supplied, but can be rented and paid for at the time of making your booking.

Enjoy the feeling of space and freedom, whilst you relax into the peace, tranquility and natural habitat that surrounds you. Quite often deers can be seen within the park during the day. The hooting of several different species of owls are often heard on the park from just before sunset until late evening, if you are lucky you will see them swoop into the woodland to feed their young.

The Mobile Homes are self catering, but should you do not wish to cook, you can enjoy a meal in our restaurant, Les Etoiles, or enjoy a drink whilst relaxing in the lounge bar or on the terrace.

Tarifs

The Pine Chalets accommodate 2 people, each one individually nestled in natural woodland separate from the main camping area. Each Chalet is 39m² and has Kitchen/Living area, Dining Room, one Double Bedroom, Shower Room with separate WC and a Covered Terrace with outdoor furniture.

The Chalets are self catering and are equipped with Fridge, Gas Hob, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. A list of all other items supplied within the Chalet will be sent to you on confirmation of your booking.

Rentable Wednesday to Wednesday or Saturday to Saturday from May 1st until September 15th. Long weekend rentals are possible, low& mid season by prior arrangement only. Bed linen, Pillows and Towels are not supplied, but can be hired at the time of booking your holiday.

Due to fire hazards we do not provide Charcoal Barbecues for the Chalet area. However, Gas or Electric Barbecues are allowed should you wish to bring one.

Pets are not permitted in the Chalets.

The ground floor

Entrance Hall, opening onto lounge, kitchen and downstairs cloak/utility room. The Lounge has a wood burner and views over the pool area. It is equipped with large flat screen television with UK Freesat satellite system, dvd player and stereo system. The Downstairs cloak/utility room with Washing Machine, toilet and washbasin. The Kitchen/Dining area with glazed doors leading onto the patio and the large private south facing garden, ideal for relaxing. The recently refurbished Kitchen is well equipped with electric Oven, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave and many other appliances to make your holiday more enjoyable. The dining area has a large table, 6 chairs and a dresser.

The first floor

Spacious Landing leading to a large Bathroom with Bath,  Shower. and dressing area and two Bedrooms

The 2 Bedrooms are  very spacious and  both have Kingsize double beds. The front bedroom overlooks the pool area, whilst the rear bedroom overlooks the  private back garden.

Pillows, Duvets, Bedlinen and Towels are supplied for both bedrooms.

**  Please bring your own Towels for use around the swimming pool.

Tarifs

Rental dates from 1st May until 15th September (outside of these dates by arrangement). No form of heating is included in the price. Sun beds, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ are provided. Sorry, no pets are permitted in the gîte.
